These terms cover your use of streamlinewebs.com — the marketing website for Streamline Web Studios LLC, an Austin software firm. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the site.
Effective March 1, 2026.
These terms cover the website itself. Engagement-specific terms — deliverables, timelines, payment, IP, warranties, liability for the work we build — are handled in a written contract between Streamline Web Studios LLC and the client.
Use of the site
You're welcome to read and share our pages. Don't try to break the site, scrape it for AI training without permission, impersonate us, or use it for anything illegal.
Submitting an inquiry
When you submit the contact form, you're authorizing us to reply by email or phone using the information you provided. The information you submit should be accurate. Submitting on someone else's behalf without their permission isn't OK.
Intellectual property
The site's content — copy, code, design, marks — is owned by Streamline Web Studios LLC, except where credited otherwise. The Streamline wordmark and logo are trademarks. Don't use either to suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation that doesn't exist.
Linked sites
We sometimes link to third-party sites or tools (Resend, Vercel, and so on). Their content is theirs. We don't control or vouch for it.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it's free of errors, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. Operational guarantees about engagement deliverables live in the engagement contract, not here.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Streamline Web Studios LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the site. Direct damages, if any, are capped at $100. Engagement liabilities live in the engagement contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
