What the streamlinewebs.com website collects, how we use it, and who else sees it. Plain language, no fine print.

Short version. The only personal information we collect is what you submit through the contact form. We use it to reply to you. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or stockpile it.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we receive the fields you submit — your name, email address, company, role, budget range, and message. That's it.
Standard server logs — your IP address, browser, and the page you requested — are recorded by our hosting provider for a short period for diagnostics and abuse prevention. This is automatic and standard for any website you visit.
We may add a privacy-focused analytics tool that records aggregate, anonymized usage (page views, referrer, country) without cookies or cross-site tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or tools that follow you across the web. If we add or change analytics, this page changes with it.
How we use it
Contact form submissions go to a single inbox so a real person can reply. We use the information for that conversation and to keep a written record of the engagement. We don't add you to a marketing list, sell the data, or share it outside the people running the firm.
Server logs are used for diagnostics — keeping the site running, troubleshooting outages, blocking abuse.
Who else sees it
The site relies on a small number of services to function:
- Resend — delivers contact form email. Resend privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts the site and produces the standard server logs above. Vercel privacy policy.
That's the entire list of third parties that touch user data. If we add another, we update this page.
Retention
Contact form submissions live in our inbox until we archive or delete them. Engagements can take months, so we don't operate on a fixed retention schedule. If you'd like your data removed, email hello@streamlinewebs.com and we'll delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you. Email hello@streamlinewebs.com. We'll handle requests in a reasonable time — typically a few business days.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
International users
The site is operated from the United States. If you submit information from outside the US, you're consenting to it being transferred to and stored in the US.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes to data handling will be obvious from the changes themselves — we don't make this stuff harder to read than it has to be.
